Imakatsu opened its first outlet in 2009, in Japan’s most international area, Roppongi. With its new style cooking method that draws a clear line from the traditional methods. Even abroad, Imakatsu fully enforced its original cooking method with a Japanese chef, and provides Imakatsu’s original menu such as Chicken Fillet Cutlet and PIYOPIYO Minced Meat Cutlet. It is loved by not only the expats living in Singapore but also by the locals. In 2014, Imakatsu was awarded Michelin’s Bib Gourmand Award 2015.
