[Office Tenant-Exclusive Workshop] Craft Your Calm: Join Us for a Coaster-Making Workshop

Take a break from the daily hustle and immerse yourself in a relaxing and engaging coaster-making session designed to help you de-stress and practice mindfulness.

This workshop begins with a guided introduction to stress relief, focusing on building awareness and identifying common symptoms of stress. By the end of the session, you will walk away feeling refreshed, equipped with stress relief techniques, and a handcrafted coaster as a token of your mindfulness journey.
